Two things I have learned in the last 6 months on the road is how to be more adaptable and to live with less. I have always prided myself on being a flexible person, but it is a humbling experience when you have to live on a tour bus, use prison showers by choice on a daily basis, and use a wide open parking lot as your closet. I am sure many a security guard has caught a glimpse of my pantie selection as I randomly dropped a trail like treats to the shower.
Gone are the days where I can shower in peace, have my privacy, and my sanity. I am okay with these things. I actually embrace it. Being confined in tight quarters with 12 other people, all women, teaches one a lot about themselves. It has especially taught me who I want to grow into as a person, and who the hell I want to stay away from.
